Fill out the contact form and tell us what you are building, what is broken, or what you need. We read everything before we respond. If it sounds like a fit, we book a call to get into the challenge properly. If it is not the right fit, we will say that too.

Yes. We have a standard agreement that covers scope, IP ownership, payment terms, revision rounds, and delivery. Most partners use ours because it is clear and has been tested across a lot of projects. If you want to use yours, send it over and we will review it. Either way, everything is in writing before work starts.

Response times depend on the SLA we agree on at the start of each project. During active projects we respond within hours on Slack. For anything urgent we move faster. We do not go quiet mid-project and if something on our end is delayed, you hear about it before it becomes your problem.

You do. Once the project is completed and invoices are settled, all rights transfer to you: the designs, the code, the assets, all of it. We retain nothing.

Yes. Standard NDA before any meaningful conversation about your project or business. Send yours or we will provide ours. Nothing you share with us goes anywhere.

If you need the cheapest option, we are not it. If you want a team that executes without questioning the brief, we are not it. Niklas leads every project as CEO and primary point of contact. Depending on scope, the team includes strategists, designers, developers, and copywriters. All senior, all experienced. For brand projects: a creative director and brand strategist. For websites: a designer and Webflow developer. For product: a UX lead and UI designer. For full builds, front and back-end developers join the team. The right people for what you are actually building, no more and no less.

Others work with us in a more embedded way where we are in daily contact and it feels like one team. We figure out the right rhythm at the start and adjust as the project moves. It depends on the engagement. On-demand and equity projects have unlimited revisions. Fixed projects have revision terms agreed upfront and tailored to the scope. Some clients come in with a precise vision and clear direction, so fewer rounds are needed. Others are exploring and we keep it open until we get it right. Either way, we do not close a project until both sides are genuinely satisfied with the outcome.

Every partner gets a dedicated client dashboard to track progress, timelines, files, and assets throughout the project. Day to day we communicate over Slack, since that is what most teams already use. Our weekly rhythm runs on three touchpoints: Monday priority updates to align on what is being tackled, Wednesday check-ins to make sure everything is on track, and Friday recaps to review what shipped and plan the week ahead. Outside of that cadence, our team is fully available in Slack every day for comments, questions, and alignment as things come up.

It depends on scope. Landing pages and branding sprints typically take 1-2 weeks. Marketing sites run 2-8 weeks. Enterprise sites 4-12 weeks. Product work like design systems, UI/UX redesigns, and MVP sprints range from 2-14 weeks depending on complexity. Every timeline is fixed before work starts and we do not move it without telling you first.
